There's a lot tof reason to leave the job..best things is when you gain a knowledge and experiene and contribute something about your job and ignore itm nobody realizing it. when the company can't afford what you need.. well it's time to leave it.

I think it's not that simple. Of course, most will say that the new better paid job the main reason. It's a sensible reason, but when you already have a new choice. Suppose you already have a well-paying job, it means you've got money. Is it just all about the money? But what if there is no new job yet leave the job? What then is the reason? Why leave a good paying job? What are another major reason to leave a job?

I think it is not at that simple . some times you get higher salary with a new position but you know that your experience will not fit although you get the offer .could you accept such Job

It depends if it will boost your career path. In Case you decided to move it should help you to improve your career, knowledge and many other issues.

 

From my point of view, money is not everything, peace of mind and some others important things will be more essential for me.
