when noboday EVALUATE my efforts
depends on so many variables. Some of these are, lack of compatibility with my present employer, new and 'greener' pastures availing or need to balance work and social life........
There's a lot tof reason to leave the job..best things is when you gain a knowledge and experiene and contribute something about your job and ignore itm nobody realizing it. when the company can't afford what you need.. well it's time to leave it.
When you feel that you are not adding value to your job responsibility and have lost the confidence of your boss. its better you seriously think to change.
when i feel i am not learning or progressing in gaining more experience.
we call it dead end.
I think it's not that simple. Of course, most will say that the new better paid job the main reason. It's a sensible reason, but when you already have a new choice. Suppose you already have a well-paying job, it means you've got money. Is it just all about the money? But what if there is no new job yet leave the job? What then is the reason? Why leave a good paying job? What are another major reason to leave a job?
Simple, when you have a better job offer !
I think it is not at that simple . some times you get higher salary with a new position but you know that your experience will not fit although you get the offer .could you accept such Job
