we aim to service our relationship with the customer from the first contact point with the customer and we continue striving for the same during our relationship.

Its easier to retain an old customer than to get one.  Customer retention is vital for business development. If customer are dis-satisfied or lost to compeition they hamper the sales as well as the reputation of the company .  You cannot expand the business without retaining the existing customers.

it is very important to retain customers, without them there will be not business, more sales and profit as  it is difficult to attract new customers, losing customers will be a great set back.
