How do you determine if a person is suitable for a particular role or task?

By taking care  for his experience and compare between his experiences and his work at the field 

Look beyond their resume and consider their relevant work experience, education, certifications, and technical abilities. Assess how their qualifications align with the job requirements, and whether they have a track record of success in similar roles. Assessing cultural fit is equally important.
