What's the best way to manage an employee who's causing a negative stir?

Modifying all bad behaviors that a person does in the work environment, by providing immediate feedback to him, as in most cases the person may perform these behaviors without feeling their bad effects on the work environment and employees.

Politely call his attention, let him know why he need to change his attitude. 

Also try to help him by asking for what is wrong and profer a solution to the problem.

Talk to the employee and get an understanding of his situation. then help him to avoid this negative stir and overcome it.

Talk to him, and ask him why do that negative thing's? We look for any solution to each other better.
