السلبيات تهد العمل وبالتالي تنهي السيطرة على الوضع فالحل هو التحدث مع الموظف المسؤول عن هذا التصرف وتوعيته بأن الذي يصدر منه غير صحيح وليس مستحب وان هذا انذار وعدم تكرره مرة أخرى حتي لا يؤدى الي فصله
1. Establish direct communication with him to understand the issue and provide assurance that it will be resolved.
2. Assign specific tasks for him and his team, and review the outcomes.
3. Set up incentives to encourage goal achievement
Try to modify him and if he does not change, we can replace him.
