Knowledge is about facts, information and ideas that we acquire through study, research, experience, etc...
Wisdom is the ability to judge which aspects of that knowledge are true, right, lasting, and applicable . in simple words , It’s knowing the meaning or reason about knowing why something is, and what it means
Knowledge is what you get from your education and wisdom is what you get from your experience.
knowledge is what we learn from books and from life.
wisdom is using the knowledge we aquired to decide on remarkable answers. or in other words wisdom is employing knowledge and experience in producing extra ordinary results and decisions.
like meaning of life,god,....etc.
it is a wise decision to look for ajob if you are short of money..but uou need knowledge of something to get a job.
INFORMATION gives us DATA
DATA gives us FACTS
FACTS by time will turn into KNOWLEDGE
In which way you will use your knowlegde -good way!!-bad way!! that's WIZDOM
Thanks
The wisdom is how to make use of the knowledge--all means---by all means.
Data: The discrete elements like names, words, and numbers that categories, calculate or quantify – like your name and the words of the quote. I have the data but I still don’t have the information about who you are.
Information: The linked elements like concepts, ideas, and questions that contextualize, compare, connect, filter or frame – like connecting Ahmed’s name to the quote and asking the question “who is Ahmed”. Simply linking names with a quote and not knowing who exactly these people are is not knowledge, it’s just information.
Knowledge: The organized information into chapters, conceptual frameworks or facts. I have knowledge about Ahmed and how to connect him to the quote, but still no knowledge of Ashoak, his connection to Ahmed or the quote.
Wisdom: Applying knowledge into books, systems, beliefs, traditions, philosophies, principles and truths – like my personal belief system to stop long searches for information (in this case on Gary Schubert) by applying the knowledge that when writing a blog and using a quote it’s really not that important to provide all of the details beyond a person’s name AND that there is a likely chance that someone reading my blog may provide me with the exact information about Ahmed anyway! I was just curious to find out more about who these guys are that are always being quoted by name only.
So, when I use my blog to put out the question “Who is Gary Schubert and why is he connected to Cliff Stoll and this quote?” and one of my blog readers or someone else comments on this blog post and provides me with the answer- that it is Information Exchange.
When I take the data I have (the name Ahmed) and connect it with the information I receive about who Ahmed is – it becomes knowledge. When I turn that knowledge into action by posting on Bayt, my blog (or some other form of social communication) to make it easier for someone else to have access or contribute to this knowledge – that’s Knowledge Mobilization (KMb) at its most basic level.
When research and knowledge are used to inform policy makers to make things easier for society – that’s KMb at a more complex level. KMb is turning knowledge into action for greater social benefit. KMb encompasses a variety of knowledge transfer and exchange methods including producer-push, user-pull, knowledge exchange and co-production.
Knowledge Mobilization (like everything) starts with data, includes information that creates knowledge and becomes wisdom when used effectively to benefit society. Ultimately, wisdom is applying knowledge for the long term benefits of life.
Knowledge is the tool - Wisdom is knowing how and when to use that tool.
Many times we find solutions only for his wisdom, that is, practical intelligence and the ability to search through their own life experiences, mistakes and successes, to weigh what is best to do and not jus t what to do. Knowledge and wisdom, diplomacy, practical intelligence and humility are essential and indivisible for the success of a person has any role in society.
knowledge plus wisdom, led to better life.knowledge with no wisdom, led to crises.wisdom with no knowledge, can move well in your life.
Knowledge is to follow what you have read literary, Wisdom is to include your own personal touch
Knowledge is the accumulation of facts and data that you have learned about or experienced. It’s being aware of something, and having information. Knowledge is really about facts and ideas that we acquire through study, research, investigation, observation, or experience.
Wisdom is the ability to discern and judge which aspects of that knowledge are true, right, lasting, and applicable to your life. It’s the ability to apply that knowledge to the greater scheme of life. It’s also deeper; knowing the meaning or reason; about knowing why something is, and what it means to your life.
