I would like to live and work in a Gulf country. I've had the opportunity to live in other countries and love language, culture and people, and honestly as an American I am discouraged by many factors here.
In spite of its high temperature, I wish if I would work and lie in UAE, specially Dubai .There is no income tax . I can practice my religious obligations freely. Besides, in UAE, you will be paid fully for your wage, whatever the job category you are in, skilled or labor. It is considered as a harm practice to take somebody’s wage in the form of Taxation. Here in Ethiopia, employees pay almost half of their salary to the Govt in the form of income tax and pension. I hope the same in USA and Europe. The so called Government is a legal deceiver every where. UAE is much better, dear Nourhan . How is the working environment in Egypt? Please say a word. Being a Muslim, I prefer Saudi Arabia where I have had the opportunity to visit Haramain E Sharifain (The Two Holy Cities) any time I want, and I found real peace over there on my stay during2003 to2007, being professional I would rather prefer Qatar, but being a husband and a father I should live in my home land what so ever.
Of course everyone feels proud of his/her own country where he/she was born & raised between family & friends with tons of memories, however, I'd love to relocate in KSA & specially Jeddah, I lived there for4 years when I was a kid & I did really like being there, and surely for being close to the Holy2 Cities (Makkah & Madina), thanks for the question.
