It depends on recruitment process, if you are sole decision maker, then it might stop a perfect candidate belongs to your own country. But the recruiment process involoves panel interview then there should not be a problem to hire a top rated candidate with any nationalily unlesss if there is no legal restriction. for Example. Nationals hiring in some Arab countries.

in theory no.

but what we see and feel nowdays in small and medium sized companies this practice is being used.

some career adds contains the nationality  and demoghraphics of the applicant.

in a larger sized companies it depends on the procesures and rules, some company's force a policy of equality.

For me no problem with any nationality

But there are many Arab countries that prevent some from entering nationalities and work.

No it should not matter, if you are hiring you should be choosing the best candidates regards of where tey are from, the only risk is if that person can fit into the new culture and have the same work ethic as their new colleages

If you are looking after your business , you only look for suitable person to serve your business at most ,unless you got some obligatory  restrictions

Is doesn't matter for me, because we all human beings. But, someimes, the country' labor bylaws prevents you from making the best selection.
