YES THERE IS A RELATION BETWEEN CRACK S ENCOUNTERED EXTERNALLY AND ITS DARK COLOUR BECAUSE THE DARKER THE TILE THE MORE HEAT IT ABSORBS , AND HEAT CAUSES EXPANSION SO THEREFORE CRACKS ARE RELATIVE TO DARKER TILES
