Which software is best in image analysis and why ERDAS Imagine or GIS?

Agreed with wafa mehmood. We can analyse images in ERDAS better than GIS but drawing in note easy in it. We have to use GIS for prepare maps from images.

i think that ERDAS Imagine is the best. ERDAS

In ERDAS we can clearly see pattern , texture of land use , vegetation and roads , based on the bands for images.

In GIS it is not possible .he bands for images
