As well as good answers,we come from different age groups, different genders, different experience and educational backgrounds, different understanding levels. If a new graduate wants to answer a question that needs experience, why don't we just give a motivational vote ups. The action of participation is key for new comers to learn and understand better, why rule them out. Lets motivate them and listen to them, believe me great answers and solutions come from the most unexpected places.
yes i agree
Right
yes i think so
I'm a new graduate,I don't need motivation .. I'm motivated person by nature :)
but I appreciate your point and I can't agree with you more , you are absolutely right ..good idea
Agreed
This is a great idea and by doing this the level of particiation will increase.

Through my interactions I can see young graduates answering questions, getting voted up, and also asking new questions.
In my opinion I don't think this idea should be applied, because by this we are discriminating them by saying that they are not as professional as others, although at times I can see very good answers and questions from (who I would like to call) "Young Professionals" which are way more professional and heartfelt than answers given by people with more than20 years of experience!
It is just a matter of passion, personally I do not answer a question if I do not feel it! Or I think its a bad question, I do not to these interactions only for the sake of points and getting my ranking higher. And I wish everyone does this, because I can see many people with Gold & Platinum ranks giving very lame answers, like “yes, I agree”, “Good Idea”, “Yes, I think so” without giving real input to the discussion.
Agreed.... Idea generation dont need experience...
