if its a family owned business or promoter run organization any Managing Director or CEO will have to listen to set of rules provided by owner /promoter just because of the fact promoter is running the company with his finance or money.
So whenever some decisions are made for benefit of the company its mainly turned down if its not liked or accepted by promoter and such people only wants self growth , maximum profits , short cuts , no ethics ( i am telling majorty) because there is no proper management its one man show.
