Unemployment problem is tackled from 2 approaches:
1- The government take direct responsibility to hire its citizens either on private or government sector.
This approach is wide spread in gulf and they manage nationalization programs especially for that.

2- The government is not responsible on the direct employment of the citizens; their responsibility is just limited to help creating jobs for them and this through increasing the investments and legislations that promote investments in their country; like taxes and facilitations.
This approach is tackled by most governments that follow the capitalism ideology.

Though answer to this question is vast yet the thing which is important is that: I believe Every Government should be proactive with this phenomenon- Unemployment can be greatly reduced if government takes the right initiative & controlled policies to reduce "Frictional unemployment": 1.Institutes/training facilities to help workers prepare for new jobs 2.Information on available jobs and workers 3.
Proper channels of accessing jobs The above points help reduce the gaping between jobs.
To reduce structural unemployment: 1.Combating prejudice (against certain workers, jobs, or locations) 2.Tax incentives or regulation to encourage the relocation of industries and services 3.Facilities to increase worker availability and flexibility (e.g., daycare centers) 4.Aid or grants to overcome a specific obstacle (e.g., if a handicapped worker needs a specific assistance to become employed) 5.Pay conditions should be made more adaptable to changing demand & supply conditions for the availablility of labour in market

This problem is caused by lack of: skills, capital, employment opportunities and qualifications.
It also stems from loss of jobs to machine/technology, people's unwillingness to work, and economic downturn.
Unemployment itself can cause other problems, for example, poverty, waste of human resources, crime and social unrest.
In view of the seriousness of this monster called unemployment, it is important for the government and individuals to seek ways of dealing with it.
While unemployment cannot be totally eliminated, it can be reduced by reforming our education system to the extent that in addition to academics, hands-on skills become compulsory for all students.
This means that students in the humanities and social science should be made to acquire practical skills which will make them productive after secondary and tertiary education.
Also, a culture of productivity should be created.

This is a huge question that needs to include the causes and effects of unemployment-the topic is too large for a clear answer in this forum.
My humble opinion is to re-direct a segment of those entering the employment markets away from the traditional corporate and public sectors.
Uplifting the SME and entrepreneurial markets to include employee-owned structures is a strategy.
We are all consumers, and opportunity may arise in industries, sectors and services that are not glamorous or high-profile.
The benefit is the pride of ownership and quality of service.
Employee-owners understand their role in performance, profit and loss.

the solution for the unemployment problem is huge as it needs not only governments to solve but all the society:
1- Governments should provide an excellent and challenging educational system that provides it's juniors with the knowledge needed either to find a job or to create their own.
Giving a chance to rehabilitate for older generations.

2- Families along with good schools must teach their youngsters about living life with honor, living life with good morals and above all the honor to be independent rather than being dependent, the honor to make your own living as nothing will work unless you do.
- There other society constitutions that could have a great role in solving this problem but it all must be a part of the plan or idea in the culture of any nation which is basically the need to be a great nation by hard working at present securing better chances for the next generations in the future.

* Unemployment problem can be solved by recruiting new talents and carving their career as per their interest.
* Employee without interest in his/her work is a big disaster for the organisation.
* For junior level position fresh talents can be recruited inspite of hunting experienced ones.
* Being a fresher the learning ability and work dedication is higher than the experienced one.
* Campus drives , Walkin interviews should be encouraged for junior / entry level positions more than the references.
