I am convinced that the well being of employees is essential for the development of a company. Employees are more innovative, more dedicated and more precise if they can identify themselves with their working place. The best treatment highly depends on the role, education and position within the company. In office related work I believe below actions are the best solutions.

The well being is in my opinion not necessarily driven by the renumeration. Of course, renumeration, which is considered unfair might be a demotivating factor, but the ability to participate in the decision making process, the possibilities to bring in and develop own ideas is more essential. Additionally, I am convinced that a proper treatment of the individual employee supports their well being.

Set a target to each of the employee and used bonus and promotion as reword.
The employ will perform and make sure he rich a target, that make him being part of the organization.
