both together are inseparable, good aptitude is nice but what if there is a bad attitude ?
sir I think Attitude is most important.
Aptitude = Ability to learn
Attitude = Desire to perform or in other words apply learningIf so which is more important ? It is attitude
Learning can enrich individual self, while performance is the outcome hence impacts others as well. So half full glass attitude brings better impact than a half empty glass attitude even if their aptitudes are at the same level.
So it is Attitude that is important in life and aptitude is outcome of positive attitude.
Both are important. Without aptitude one cannot show positive attitude and without attitude one cannot enhance aptitude.

Alamgeer Hussain's explanation is very interesting. Adding to that, Aptitude is more than Learning ability of a person. It is more of a Talent of a person. When we assess Aptitude of a person, we are looking at the level of skills he acquired in the field and whether he fits the role. An Aptitude test for a manager looks at his ability to perform the task than his ability to learn.

attitude is a personal trait,it can be positive or negative and can be managed and enhanced with practice and experience,it can be stimulated and motivated.
amplitude is a born talent,it is specific born skills,talent,natural behavior ,and i believe can't be adjusted. you might be born as a talented musician,you can improve by learning, but you have the basic natural skill.
as for your question ,i think amplitude is more important,if you are doing a job that is already your hobby or natural talent (amplitude)you will have a positive attitude toward it.
We requre a combination of both, employer could not rely on only one aspect. A good employee use his aptitude and postively use his attitude to perform the job and the one who lose the balance will be in trouble.
Attitude and aptitute both play an important role in the working of a person within the organization.If a worker has good attitude towards his collegues so he will shine in his organization.So if he has an aptitude to adopt to new things so he will perform well in his organization.
