Yes CRM which means Customer Relationship Management is a module of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning software which is co-related to Sales & Marketing as every lead will be registered in a database and this database then filtered in various phases to reach the end customer so every customer is important and this software helps to manage all customers well as records,papers are out and also becomes tedious to maintain so CRM is a new and easier way to do it.
