It is not so because employer wants professional employees but knows that education is also mandatory.
When one has completed masters in business administration. I recommend him to put up his own business to maximise his potentials. Otherwise being just an employee, your business strategies will most likely be taken for granted. If you hold a mangerial position, having an MBA degree will benefit the company. If one is an MBA holder any problems that you may encounter are being solved scientifically by performing the different tools in strategic management.
i would say they are seeking educated degree holders with high ethical conduct and moral.
degree's are aqualifying factor, they are not optional.
It does seem so, starting pay packets given to fresh business degreeholders(MBAs) indicate the above only.Frshers normally have high morale, slef confidence level is more. This is the case for all the passouts from standard instituitions.
because educational degree holders can have the background in the related field and they can perform more easily and to understand the donts and do"s so they prefeer professionals.
why do we have to choose between both, it's obvious someone with values that align with the company interests will get the job, but background (qualification and experience) plays a role in filtering employees and making sure they know what they will do (or at least have an idea about it), I don't agree it's a choice between one of the two, as the two complement each other
