a good project leader is always a team manager and with high superviser and analytical thinker. if there is any uncertainity occur first he must to understand the swot analysis of the current problem and he use to develop some tactical techniques and apply thisand to communicate with coworkers  and clear that situation with good team management.

A project leader is a person who has been given responsibility to make or break the project so he is the whole and soul person who has drive the team to meet deadline, get effective work daily, monitor all issues , analyse them and eradicate them with quick actions. I have been a Project Leader and I know there are many issues which needs to tackled some times slow pace, some times its stuck due to lack of information , so if you plan things well, analyse issues and have team meetings to understand where are the issues what could be solution and how fast it can be solved is the key.
