It is where you evaluate how much you want to make in what time period, then looking at what resources you have available on hand, what do you need and how are you going to achieve them. Business plan components consist of your cash flow projection (your funding status) for at least 5 years, what you need in terms of expertise (human resources), your financial statement and business overview which includes your marketing plan.
