Yes it is not only important but it is a must element if Company wants to grow….Company should take care of employees well being as it will have impact on their performances…Company should focus on work life balance element…employees can only do hard/smart work if they can enjoy their personal life and take care of their health and mind…fresh mind is essential for productivity so Company should not think employees’ well being as expense instead it’s an investment….Employees will be motivated if Company take care of their well being and will also take care of Company’s business/objectives…..

Important for the well-being of staff in my company is that the employee works in his company Bricks used to make each employee of the company's shares to motivate to work in his company

Of course, it is important.
Everybody have a job to do.
And also, the employee tends to satisfied, loyal and motivated if they felt that the company is taking care of them.
Steps that are taken: 1.
There is an open line for employees that are emotionally stressed.
They can call a certain number if just in case, they needed someone to talk to like a Psychologist.
2.
Aside from medical benefits of the employee itself, they also provided free medical benefits for the members of the family.
3.
There is an open communication, if the employee have any suggestions regarding process or anything to improve the quality of work that the company is providing.

A stable and balanced work life projects an employee in the market with very confident attitude, so does the Co's image and commitment levels are reflected. Employee's well being and care by the company has a very long lasting effect on it own image as well as performance in the market.
