Employee who is time bound / Employee who is result oriented? Better one?
we always judge the results and not the number of hours, and the indicator efficiency judge this result
According to my opinion, an employee who works80% of work hours and gives100% output, and who is result oriented.
An employer who works 80% of work hours and produce 100% output, to me, is a results-oriented-minded person who focuses most on the job assigned than the sallary.
the output is important, work100% output100% and work80% output100%. there is a difference. The person that works80 percent of the time needs to work100% of the time, because colleagues don't see the difference in output, only that he works less hours, that's the danger
Time schedules are for maintaining discipline in work culture or else there will be total confusion..
If let loose then each individual will have his / her starting and ending time depending upon his / her abilities and pace of doing the given job.
This is a tricky one. A very efficient employee sees that all his works will be done on time and will be a very good multi tasker, capable of carrying out more than one job at once.
On the other hand, there would be urgent matters neeeded to be dealt with on priority basis, which came up of a sudden . Maybe to solve such issues, clinging to your usual work timinigs might just not be enough. In such cases, the employees should be in a frame of mind to take a decision from his side to maybe sit a few hours longer to get the job done as desired. In the above two situations, employee is giving his cent percent and giving100 % output, based on meeting the deadline.
The employee who works 80% of work hours and gives 100% output.
I would say the employee who works 80% of work hours and gives 100% output
i think the employee who works 80% of hours and gives 100% output.
It s down to an individual assessment. The results are what matters most.
