Some time Managers keep record of their employee`s mistakes in their heart , and some even write it down. These are sometime very small clerical mistakes. These kind of managers when find mistake in a work by employee, they start telling him all his mistakes in previous months, and some has a sharp memory. this is very bad example of management. when employees feel that they will have to answer for their actions. they will only limit their-selves to their jobs only. they will not be a part of problem solving, they will never go for any volunteer work, they will never help you if you need suggestions for solving some problem, as they will be afraid that after giving suggestion the responsibility will be on their shoulders.
ACCEPT THE MISTAKES &IMPROVE UPTO THE LEVELES OF BOSS SATISSFACTION BECAUSE BOSS IS ALWAYS RIGHT
It could help the employee to help themselves, prvents their mistake, and try to overcome and do their best
