Usually and is a continuous process
i always try to understand what are they exactly looking for,is it financial or experience oriented goal.
then we set down ,brain storm and get ideas and key words and skills to include in the C.V..
i usually advise them to take an internship at a good local company to really get the feel of what they exactly will expect.
drawing a map of success that he can follow is creative work based on the candidate's reasonable expectations.
I usually do that when a job seeker asks for it, and I start with understanding what he really can do and judge him right as a starting point( advising him about real world business in case he is just graduated), then if he is applying for a specific job that he fits in he should prepare a professional CV concentrating on the requested job requirements and processes.
in case its a general applying then I concentrate of what he really feels he is suitable in according to market and other things he can do in brief, without missing the exciting and enthusiastic feeling that the CV will reflect on employer who is reading it.
Certainly, If I can.
Yes I help:
1. How to write a CV?
2. How to asess self knowledge, skill, experience and achievement?
3. How to review advertisement?
4. How to prepare and perform for the job interview?
I did it always and still, I maintain it. Mainly I touch upon on the following aspects:
a. Firstly, I always share my own experience and then,
b. How to develop and make attractive of own CV and cover letter.
c. Continuous study on own professional subjects and general knowledge and also IT.
d. Improve the communication skill and art of delivering it.
e. Grow the habit of updating with the latest.
f. Try to go through the success stories of great leaders in different profession.
