Thanks to Mr. Shahzad for his thought provoking question and I do agree with his opinion. Employee performance is truly dependent with work environment and other prevailing situation. With the better work environment the employees remain motivated and they try to produce best with the facilities available to them. So, work environment and peace situation at work place are important factors for the employees’ performance.
