Project delivery to budget and timelines is only part of the success criteria. To make it truly successful we need to docus on - were the clients business requirements met. Did we understand what the client wanted, did we design the solution to meet these requirements, did we consider how the service would be supported, did we engage with the client at every instance to ensure we were on the correct path and there was no divergence?

Unfortunately too many project plans are set in stone and assume that we have got everything right at the requirement gathering stage. Since this is rarely the case, we may deliver what we designed on time, but that may not be what was desired

Delivering a project on time , on budget and on scope doesn’t have anything to be done with the client satisfaction they do help to reach there but they aint the only reasons. Accuracy in timing and budgeting in every project is mandatory since it reflects the company image & professionalism.

if you’re asking from the stuff prospective for sure it’s a successful project since they were accurate in everything, But from the Company prospective and the client prospective for sure it’s a failed project.

Client Satisfaction is mandatory and the reason of dissatisfaction should be solved.

The project us failed because our work should always be time friendly to customers and so there may need another time for the same project so that the customer gets satisfied."Remember a customer is the boss of any business
