I may be mis-understand the question but I think the basic steps are the beginning of the administrative organizational structure
i should communicate with the departments first to see what thier needs and to know if that needs continuesly for more than a year or no ... what is the quality of the employees required is that fresh graduated ok for the business and then give them an internal training as per company system or expert & professional employees are demanded ??
1. Firstly, every business has got its own plan which is commonly known as business plan. Manpower plan is equally important to support the business plan and budgetary aspect to fulfill the manpower as desired to do so.
2. Therefore, manpower plan is directly related with business plan and budgetary plan. The HR head should go through the business plan minutely and prepare the own people analysis simultaneously so it does not hamper the business grow as per the yearly time plan to reach its Break Even Point.
3. Besides, step is to be taken to find out the ‘GAP’ and prepare the job description for the business.
