When was the last time your procedures for handling work requests, writing work orders and performing maintenance were updated, changed or created?

This is my primary duty  to open the job Order and provied technically competent to understand the customer needs and requirements and accordingly raise Service Orders. I am fully able to provide detailed explanation on jobs to be carried out on according estmation.

Regularly follow up with or communication with Workshop  and technicians on his vehicles and update Customers regularly on the job progress and ensure delivery of the vehicle at the promised time.
