When Was The Last Time You Were Angry? What Happened?
Anger to me means loss of control. I do not lose control. When I get stressed, I step back, take a deep breath, thoughtfully think through the situation and then begin to formulate a plan of action.
Why Should I hire you?
The most overlooked question is also the one most candidates are unprepared to answer. This is often because job applicants don't do their homework on the position. Your job is to illustrate why you are the most qualified candidate. Review the job description and qualifications very closely to identify the skills and knowledge that are critical to the position, then identify experiences from your past that demonstrate those skills and knowledge.
Why do you think I should choose you?
there was also this interview where the interviewer asked about every single word I wrote in my resume was the longest and hardest interview ever ( and at the end he hired the CEO relative)
Highlight an aspect of your personality that could initially seem negative, but is ultimately a positive. An example? Impatience. Used incorrectly this can be bad in a workplace. But stressing timeliness and always driving home deadlines can build your esteem as a leader. And that's a great thing to show off in an interview.
2. What's The Biggest Risk You've Ever Taken? Some roles require a high degree of tenacity and the ability to pick oneself up after getting knocked down. Providing examples of your willingness to take risks shows both your ability to fail and rebound, but also your ability to make risky or controversial moves that succeed.

What didn't work in your last position?
Be honest here but you don’t need to lay it all out either, for example if you and your boss didn't get along. Don’t bash your former employer. It could be the culture, it could be there was little room for career progression, you didn't agree with the vision of the company say what it is, then move quickly to focusing on what you want instead.Measured performance is crucial in the financial industry so explain how you converted what was not working to better results. Describe the reasons behind what didn't work, how you adapted and the actual financial return. Everyone has blind spots so you may describe yours and how you are now a better potential employee.
Why is there a gap in your employment record? Have to be honest here as well. Laid off, whatever it is. Employers these days understand this more because of the tough economy. While gaps have been more common during the recession you need to show doing something of value. It could include improving your skills, certifications or connections.
A few more tough questions:
1- Candidates did their homework thoroughly.
2- Never mentioned any of the task/responsibilities/achievements which they copied from somewhere else s that interviewer will not ask for the details.
3- In case, if candidate don’t know the answer then never reply wrong answer as this will mark as –ve point.
4- Be confident and courteous during the session so that it went effectively otherwise every question will be TOUGH to answer.
It depends on what the interviewer wants to measure. As there are many areas to be coverd during interview. Such as:
BACKGROUND REVIEW, INITIATIVE, STRESS TOLERANCE, PLANNING AND ORGANIZATION, WORK STANDARD, TEAMWORK, COMMUNICATION SKILLS.....etc.,
