For a well disciplined person as myself executing a career Change which of the above would afford me the best possible options in obtaining and succeeding on my new career path. I have managed many projects and operations but have no formal qualification or accreditation in project management. I have the option to study but would like a little guidance and advice .. I would recommend PMP or Prince2 ,
PMP is more popular in the World & USA
European based companies, adopted PRINCE2 as their global standard for project management. it is most common for European companies
I would recommend PRINCE2 if you represent customer because PRINCE2 based on customer/Supplier concept, also it is provide a very good description for roles and responsiblites for everyone work with the project.

I highly recommend you to choose PMP or PgMP (Program Manager Professional)
Is better for you to further your education "IF" you have the chance resources to support your new career.
As you have mentioned that you dont have a formal qualification & also mentioned that you are open to study. I would suggest that first you should acquire formal qualification releated to civil engineering like B.Tech or Bachelors.
Also as you mentioned that you have managed many projects & operations that means you have a solid background of operations so yo can do PGDM or MBA in operation mangement.
Last but not the least as many people suggested you can go for PMP......
