By recording all the cash transaction on daily basis in excel cash outflow and cash inflow this way you can maintain the cash flow statement. in simple words,Just record transaction in the excel and maintain.

Start with opening balances, add all the receipt and less all the payments made during the day you will have the closing balance verify that balance with the physical cash balances these should be equal.(This method is only for daily actual cash flows, for estimated cash flows there would be other method, daily cash flows and cash flow statement according to IAS-7 are different).
