Even if it is just to Criticize, you have opportunity to review your performance, activities or attitude, in short never criticize any criticize whether it’s for you or for your performance
Obviously. But do what you feel in your heart to be right, if you will be criticize any way.Don't mind criticism. If it is untrue, disregard it; if unfair, keep from irritation; if it is ignorant, smile; if it is justified it is not criticism, learn from it.
IT IS NOT EASY BUT WE SUPPOSED TO LISTEN AND EVALUATE
Of course, that is how you improve. We are not here to be philosphers, we are here to carry out plans, jobs and tasks. If you are not doing it right and someone makes a remark about, instead of mumbling say THANK YOU, improve your performance and carry on!
it depends I will accept if my work is being criticized, not me. I’m not perfect and best thing to do in such case is to learn from them, if it is about my work I ‘ll not take it personally. it doesn't necessarily mean she/he doesn't like me, or that I’m not good enough for the job.
Whatever you do make sure that it is the best from your side. People who have difficulty accepting criticism are less likely to succeed in their profession.
I am a human being - Really difficult to accept somebody criticizing my performance.
But, it is possible somebody talks about our performance. The best way to deal with this is "Accepting without accepting" - Your body language should demonstrate you dont accept. Ensures other person does not succeed in what ever the motive he has while criticizing. This eliminates a conflict creation, which other person may be expecting.
If it by Boss, you need to have a discussion with him - understand why he is doing that. He may needs to clarification / more information to correct himself. If you are really not performing - work out a solution along with him.
Firstly, I never give a chance to get criticized from management and co employee. I love to do my job in clean way. If I get criticized, I won't take it as criticized way. I will take it as need to improve and chance to learn in which I am not good.
Hendling criticizm is an important issue. But we must recognize the nature of the critic! Constructive critics are usefull, they can only improve persons performancies! Oposite, criticism with behinds , (critics just for critic ) can reflect in creating bad working atmosphere. It is important to have knowledge to manage criticism, and that knowledge is some kind of art...

Feedback and criticism is breakfast for professionals but we have to ensure few things before this;
1 – Our core performance is being measure by our immediate supervisor or boss so s/he is in better position to review it so their feedback holds prime value.
2 – I am in big favor of reviewing the performance and results by own self i.e. self criticism, it’s better to learn from the mistakes and mishaps, this strengthen our ability to performance well in future.
3 – When related department or colleagues made the criticism, do listen them patiently, so that you have key pointers to improve the efficiency.
4 – Sometime at workplace, we have been criticized for no reason and they tends to drag you in useless debate then it’s better to ignore them as Saneela pointed out that and its happens.
5 – To improve the performance and personality related aspect, do voluntarily ask from those who are industry or subject experts as they have well experienced in related filed, do select your mentor.
For doing so, one must have patience and ability to learn and grow attitude is must.
Take CRITICIZE as positive. Check your performance, if it is negative correct it otherwise go head.
