In UAE, the country is over banked and the competition is no more a healthy practise. The upcoming sector is SMEs and Retail Banking.
In Qatar, there is further business scope for retail and SMEs, as major corporate sector is attached with big local and MNC banks
Overall, I believe that both have potential.
I believe it depend on the business scope SMEs or large business , most importantly if a leader doesn't know the responsibilities on a manger then he should not expect the same from manager , one should understand better than manager so he can be a leader to lead them in the right way
