Yes, of course! I would accept any constructive criticism because it will be very positive to aware of wrong things and change them. In this way you can grow up in your professional career.

Chritisim is a good way for you to evaluate your work,if something is wrong it can be modified and if is right you will get your work known to everyone gaining free publicity.

Positive critizism is always welcome - it just depends how the person approaches the critizism.

If they critizises in a negative or belittling way then they are not good work collegues or bosses

It should be taken in positive way. If someone other than your direct manager is criticizing you then it means, he cares for you and your company.

+ If it is constructive criticism, it helps gain perspective on the challenge and solution at hand!

(This gives advantage in efficiency and quality)

 

+ If it is opinionated criticism, it helps reveal the lack of perspective of the criticizer! (This gives advantage in communication and negotiation)

I believe tha the criticism is not too bad, but based on the type of criticism itself , if it for improvement then it will be benefit thing or to highlight a mistake only
