Each and every employee has to be maintained personal register for which he attended the item of work date wise. By maintaining this rigister employee will aware that boss is put eye on him and he will realize what he is doing for this company and is he justifying for his salary.
The Boss should monitor each every employee Personal Registers individually which type of delivery / Quality resulting from the employee.
Well it differs from one work profile to others. For me this is something which you can try.
1:Divide the work among them and make them owner for the same(Administration).
2:If possible give them freedom to decide their work time but in the end of the day ask them to produce positive results only(Sales & Programming).
3: Personal problems are common in everybody life. Tell them to give their job utmost important cos at the end of the day, its money which solves many problem and to have continuity on the same, concentration on the workplace is highly required.
