Do you think employers are watching bayt.com specialties? Did anyone encounter an employers comments or interests?

I have not seen any employers participation but yes to some of my answers i have recieved comments from bayt.com team that they feel good idea and will implement . saw many times a employer went through my profile but I click there as usual please buy services from bayt to see who is that empoyer so its back to square. :)

Hey Amer, interesting question. Not unlike the ones I frequently am asked actually. In fact I think this would be good news to most job seekers who wonder the same thing- we have introduced changed for Employers hiring through Bayt.com in a way so that a candidates ranking and activity on Specialties is visible and thus makes him/her more favourable.

Actually the question is.....is there any employer who is hiring from bayt.com

what I have seen so far is you might get hired for sale or customer services at a very beginer level from here but else forget about it ....even mid career

N believe me this is not someting Im say just because i wasnt hired from here.....I have seen almost every success story on bayt.com and this is what i have seen there.

I believe Bayt specialities still have a long way to go before it becomes the likes of other reliable sources. We are starting to seeing interaction from top level employees as well as HR professionals in the speciality section and these people may play crucial role in recruitment process.

 

But majority of us here are looking out for opportunity, so its our role to make this place a creditable source of information and expertise sharing, such that in future employers have to visit here. We can achieve this by interacting more, asking more important solution based question which will actually feature in SERP and bring probable employers etc,  contribute more,  giving vote-ups and marking question's importance based on actual merit,  amplifying reach by using our social profiles and if done correctly by many will get us where we all want to be.
