Outdated and unnecessary data should be removed from job boards so that they become more efficient. Examples are already filled job vacancies, out-dated CVs, etc. That is, so many job boards need de-cluttering?

Yes I agree with you Hanna otherwise if you keep hopes on dead it will never work out. So, " REFRESH" button is very important in any aspect and everywhere.
sure,the board should include only recent, most important items to concentrate.
