What would you do if one of your best friend is looking for job yet not professional?

I will help him to achieve his target.

I will help my friend out in finding a job at my level best.

i believe every person is a prefessional in his field.i will understand his needs and wants and help him in the process  and procesure of locating a suitable position.

Ask him to join training courses, profesional courses, enhance skills so that there is no issue of getting a job with or without my help

If you mean that my friend is not professional then I have to support him.

I advise him/her to build himself/herself through increasing his/her reputaion by more training, more skills, and more reading
