Do you prefer to work in a small, medium or large company ?

Working all those company have different flavours and experiences also, I prefer to work under a large company as the power is decentralized and scope of developing the career is great there.

I always prefer large organization because every thing is organized and decentralized. In large organization, promotion waits in longer que. On the other hand, medium organization promotion happens rapid rather than large organization. Finally, my choice for large organization.
