A Good Leader or Managerial, has a unique characteristics to be a mentor, team motivation, team support, accountability, proactive, and has clear vision for team success.

Leader is one who believes in motivating & moving the team by demonstration. Takes an opinion before assignment of any task. listens before he talks. A Manager is more of a person who is demanding, may be politely at times. But the difference is more of a mechanical 'Do it' & convincing ' Please do it-Like this' attitude types.

LEADER pull the team ,,, MANAGER push the team , leader own the over all system, success/failure , manager take the credit of success and throws failure on team shoulders.
