How “Boys Scouts” and “Girls Guides” are organizations for social caring? How?

I believe that one charity organization for humanity, must work people past30 years family, children.

with life experience. that school prepares you in theory, less in practice. If a woman with five children coming and said how bad is living with her husband,  and how hard it is to raise children, As understand, empathize a young18 -20 years, that may have had a good life?
