Normally change request are handled by preparing an Impact analysis document and then doing re-estimation

Changes are mandatory, especially when its assured that better results can be achieved by introducing the inevitable change. Classification of change request is one of the key part to handle it in manageable format. To do so, the implantation team should analyze;

  • What is the change requested?
  • Why the requestors want this change?
  • How important is this change to the requestor?
  • What part of the product is it related to?
  • How this change is going to affect the entire process or Impact Assessment.

Thus, these steps help to handle change request in better format.
