Which is better work in high position in company or have a private work? what do you prefer?

To work for a big company with high position is always a privilage.

I feel that Private work is always best with respect to self esteem of a person. It also gives a satisfaction of giving back to the society by provding employment. In a well managed business, Returns are proportional to the efforts you put in.

These are not their in a work you manage in others company. But, business has its own risks.
