What time is supposed to conduct the interview with the new employee?

Have a morning tea meeting with them.

Best time is  : Sunday Monrning9:00 AM

                       Monday Morning9:00 AM.

Reason is that we feel fresh and focused on first and second working day of the week.

It can be anytime suiting to both parties, and we cannot make a particular time fit best for both parties. I must say if its for interviewer perspective, it depends upon him to call interviewee accordingly.

Above all, human nature is unpredictable someone feels good in morining time and some feels good in other times. It varies.

ideal time should be morning session before11.00am. more importantly it should be previously agreed and well organised.

For me, its all up to the employer but if you really want to test the patience and see the solid poise of the applicants better to conduct the interview in afternoon at1:00.
