A trainer has to be better communicator and key to communication is questioning technique,asking right question is heart of effective communication, do you agree?

This is the ideal method to communicate by the trainers for training purpose. The success of training mainly depends on the delivery of goods to the trainees. But, this communication should be the both ways i.e. trainers and trainees. The feedback may be taken from the trainees to find out / judge the trainer’s communication skill and level of understanding by the trainers and thereby, act accordingly.
