In the ITes , It BPO sector the new emploees are1st given product training. Lectures,Demo's,Discussions. Then they are put in mock calls. ie Behavioral:Role Plays Games Your Call.Then starts OJT ie the on job training. This happens for a month. In some organisations they call it fish bowling.
