I think a crucial meeting for decision surely improves the peformace where an action plan is made which should be executed

It is crucial to have two conferences every year, it enhances the organization environment and motivate the employees, it has been noticed that companies which do not engage employees in general meeting and conference are less productive and later on it leads to dissatisfaction of staff which ultimately turns into resignations.

I am not sure I understand what you mean by "crucial". Conceptually, a conversation is a formof communication and communications is vital for improving any comapny's performance. If you are talking here about conflict, that happens but I don't see that it is vital for improving a company's performance.

According to iso Quality Management Standards; it is a must for the top management to conduct meetings on weekly basis (at least) for the development and improving company performance. However, if you meant by crucial communication as in between the top management and the lower management, then I would also agree and say yes it is very important as it will improve employees moral, hence, company performance.

whether for the success or failure of the company crucial conversation should be done time to time by the heads of different departments/divisions of the compay to determine the problems and for them to be able to prepare to counter it, also to forsee the incoming potential for business to adopt! it plays a vital role in the perfomance of the business!

As long the "Crucial Conversation" is a conversation in itself and not a monologue. If it is sequencial leading up to a conclusion and a mutual understanding/agreement, then I say -- YES Sir!! Yes, it does.

Malheureusement, c'est la nature humaine de se retirer des discussions qui, nous le craignons, nous blesseront ou aggraveront les choses. Nous sommes passés maîtres dans l'évitement de ces conversations difficiles. Les collègues s'envoient des courriels quand ils devraient marcher dans le couloir et parler. Les patrons laissent la messagerie vocale au lieu de rencontrer leurs subordonnés directs. questions délicates.
