What are the general awareness training program should be given to the shop floor people in FMCG?

I don't think that a comprehensive and effective program exist and provided by a third party !. you have to make and design your own awareness program according to your company and awareness level of employees.. The following are the general guide lines for this task.

1. According to your industry/ company identify what core values and extent of awareness you want from your empolyees ??

2. Evalute the awareness level of employee according to established criterias... these may be regarding team work, quality, harmony of working, energy efficiency, safety, emergency situations and may based on several areas.

3. Then according to statistical data you got from analysis of employes. focus on key elements and key areas in which majority of employes are lacking required level of awareness.

4. Make training session, programs and arrange presentations on those key subject areas.

5. After completion of training program ones again evalute empolyees to determine effectiveness of traing progam...

 

simply my answer is traing programs vary from company to company and region to region. Possibily these may be on following aspects.

1. Consumer safaction / quality of product or service.

2. Effective team work.

3. Effective and more effecient way of doing something or task to minimize loss or increase productivity.

4. Awareness to conserve energy wasteage.

5. Awareness about management short and long term goals and objectives. and how to achieve them.

6. Safety precautions and how to tackle emergency situations.

7. Health, hygience and sanitaition practices.

8. GMPs etc.
