First analyse your product or service outcome based on the following

  • What will go wrong in the product or service if your workforce didn't comply with (e.g. Customer Satisfaction, Quality Assurance, Complacence etc)

1. Based on the results the competency could be identified.

 

Second analyse

how your business Vision, Mission and Values are embedded across the organization,

how the values are practiced as a culture with in the organization.

 

2. Based on the results the competency could be identified.

 

Then the identified competencies could be defined further to develop the workforce according to the level with in the organization.
