well sir, as for my own experience, my family used to have a business called  "BLACK-EL". it is a kind of a fish that breeds. We deliver to our clients/customers that have a Restaurant, and it's my job of how to get a deal with them by talking and giving explanation of our product, and I called it "sales talk". 

We used to go to every Restaurants and endorsed our product by giving our prospective clients/customers a satisfactory, and we give the sales service effectively.

It depends on product/service, but to do so your customer must be extremely satisfied with his business with you.

 

- you can ask him to reccomend you

- you can offer him commission

- he will do by himslef if he is extremely satisfied.
