So technology and its integration in the ATS will play an important part in talent acquisition.

The role of Social Media cannot be undermined today in the world of recruitment.
Socially active professionals have created numerous networking groups related to recruitment, headhunting, interviewing techniques and much more.
This proves useful to active job seekers who tend to be part of forums directly related to their area of interest.
Recruiters can make diligent use of these networking resources to identify the talent they are looking for.
In my opinion the future of recruitment is most definitely online.
Job seekers can search for suitable job opportunities online and promote their candidature through social media.
With the advancement of technology recruiters have access to a massive pool of talent with a click of a few buttons.
However, I also believe that regardless of how tech savvy the recruitment process becomes, it is important for every recruiter to maintain some form of human interaction with job seekers.
Sourcing candidates is easy; finding the “right” candidate for the position is the real test.

We are saving handsome cost which we used to spent in publishing advertisement and paying to hunters. Though, i must mention that sometime on the nature of position, in some instance such platform are not effective and with the arrival of smart phones and apps, candidates preferred to browse the openings online and easily apply as per their interest.

Social Media helps in big way in reaching out to passive job seekers and it helps the company to project itself in best light to the passive job seekers, the company can market itself and help itself attract more passive job seekers. It also helps the company to make informed decision as the quantum and quality of information available about a passive job seeker is significant on social media.

Social media is the strongest platform for recruiting nowadays. There are so many benefits that social media have to offer for companies in hiring quality and culturally fit talents. One good example is that facebook and twitter are good avenues to cross-check the "attitude" and behaviors of a person by the posts or shares.

We don't want to onboard talents who engaged himself from social fights, and those people with an attitude problem.
